A gift to diversity for starting new year 2025
We have installed in all our webpages the possibility to use automatic translation via GoogleTranslate thru a selection at the right side of the menu screen.
As of today, Google Translate allows translation between some 256 languages. Translation is made from the language of the active version (EN, FR, PO or SP) into the language you specify in the right menu and is performative in all pages.
In no way those translations could be at the level of the linguistic versions of our site (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) but it is a quite welcomed facility to permit some level of comprehension of our activities and results to speakers of some of the other existing languages.
We are often quite critical with Google influence on the Internet, but honesty is to recognize when a spectacular progress is allowed by an application, and this is clearly the case with this possibility to embed automatically and directly a boost on language diversity into web sites.
